West End Club

West End Club, located in Chicago's vibrant West Loop, brings together the area's rich history with modern design sensibilities. ZSD, in partnership with Philadelphia-based ISA Architects as the Design Architect, has created an adaptive-reuse development transforming the historic UE Hall – originally erected in 1904 for the West End Woman's Club and later serving as the headquarters of the United Electrical Workers Western Region – into 22 distinctive apartments with one to four bedrooms in an elevator building. 

Apartments include one bathroom for every bedroom, high-end kitchen appliances including dishwasher and garbage disposal, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air and heat. Building amenities include a fitness center, bike room, private workspace, indoor lounge with kitchen, and a rooftop deck with fire pit, grill, lounging and bar areas.
